Kindergarten Program

Eli's Kindergarten program was on May 11th.  Mrs. Barton did a fantastic job with our little cuties.  I took this picture of Skye with Mrs. Barton for her mom. I babysat Skye after Kindergarten until school was over at 3 every day.  She was fun to have around!

Mrs. Barton knelt down to get on Eli's Level and Eli figured he had to do the same thing.  It was cute!  We laughed. :) Thanks for being a wonderful teacher!  Eli loved being in your class!

100 Days Smarter!

Eli is now 100 days smarter!  Boy this kid loves school. :)

Kindergarten Picnic

I was able to go on the Kindergarten Picnic/Field Trip with Micah's class this year.  It was the first (and probably only) year I was asked/able to go on all the field trips with my kids at the Elementary School. For the Picnic, we walked from the school to the city park.

Once there, we had a picnic lunch.  Yes, this is Micah's entire class.  They all fit at one picnic table.  There are 10 of them.  They are a cute bunch! Left Side: Peter, Elise, Garrett, Micah, and Ellie.  Right side: Florelisa, Katelynn, Emma, Christian, and Antonio.

The morning of the picnic, the class got to decorate a visor with their name on it.

After lunch, the kids were able to play on the splash pad and playground toys.  Micah was so funny.  He wanted to get wet, but didn't want to at the same time.  He told me several times he didn't want to get wet.  I told him it was okay if he wanted to.  He started by getting his hand wet and before long he was as soaking wet as everyone else.

We had a great time on the picnic at the park!  So glad I got to go with them. :) May 16, 2013
