These things are huge!

We've had some visitors in our neighborhood recently.  They don't hang around every day, but they are pretty amazing to watch.  These birds are huge!  The fly in circles over the house and then roost in the big cottonwood trees overnight--clear at the tops!  I'm surprised they can sit clear up there on the thinner branches.  John's dad says they are some kind of vulture.  Pretty impressive!
