Eli is 18 months!

My goodness how the time flies!  Eli turned 18 months old on Thursday.
Here are a few pictures of him over the last 6 months.  He sure has changed!

16 months
17 months
As I was trying to take Eli's 18 month picture, he would not sit still.  He kept running away from me and laughing because he thought it was so funny! :)
He played hide and seek around the corner and was just being the little stinker he is. :)
This is his newest face.  I see this one a lot throughout the day.
Eli is such a cute little kid.  He is usually pretty happy.  At his Doctor appointment on Friday, Eli weighed 24.4 lbs. (in the 25th percentile) and was 31 inches tall (just under the 25th percentile).  He didn't even cry when the nurse gave him his immunizations! He makes us smile constantly. He hasn't said "no" yet, but "un-uh" is becoming part of his regular speech.  (Not looking forward to this stage where everything is "No!")  He is a great little helper.  He loves to throw anything away you ask him to--especially his diapers.  He made the mess, he'll take care of it. LOL  He loves putting things in other things--toys, silverware, drawers, etc.  If I can't find something, 9 times out of 10, Eli has put it somewhere else. His vocabulary is growning a ton.  He tries to say all the kids names, and I think "an-der" (Zander) is the easiest to understand.  I'm becoming a pro at deciphering what he is trying to say.  He's pretty good at getting his point across! He started nursery this last Sunday (Without mom staying) and did great!  He went right in and played with the playdough and didn't cry when I left.  They said he was just like one of the other kids. (With something like 17 new kids going into nursery this year, I think the leaders are grateful!) I'm glad we don't have to fight him during Sunday School and Relief Society anymore!
We love this little boy! Happy 18 month milestone!
