Halloween Costumes

We were a bit behind this year in getting out the costumes and letting everyone decide what they wanted to be.  They pretty much had to pick something out of the costume tub.  Everyone but Ian--he is getting too big, nothing fit!  The joys of being the oldest. :)  Luckily I went out of town a couple of days before Halloween and told him I would see what I could find.  He was pretty happy with his costume.  I saw this $100 bill and knew it was the one for him!
Morgan was a vampire and had to wear the pettiskirt that Aunt Paula gave her.
Zander was a challenge this year.  As you can see he ended up being Harry Potter (and a quite cute one at that!)  He started out wanting only to wear the robe and pack an ax with him.  I vetoed that. He got talked into being Harry Potter after many arguments over not wanting to wear the striped shirt or the glasses. (If you noticed in my last post about the school parade, he wasn't wearing the striped shirt.) He was excited about the scar on his head, so that made it worth it.
Micah was a pirate.  He actually had a bandana, hook, spyglass, and hat that he wouldn't wear, but he's 3.  Enough said. :) You could tell he was a pirate anyway.
This was the best picture of Eli we could get on trick-or-treat night. Our little mummy was upset.  Maybe he wanted his Mummy and not his Daddy. LOL Not quite sure what the problem was, but he was really good the rest of the night.
Here are all our little spooks together.  Eli is still not happy, but the rest weren't too bad in this shot.  With 5 kids, you got to take what you get! LOL
Happy Halloween!
