I forgot a few things. :)

I realized after looking at my calendar that a couple of items were not blogged about. The first being that Morgan's first grade class put on plays about "helping your friends" for the parents to come and watch on April 22nd. I guess they did a reader's theater on this subject and decided they wanted to write their own plays to perform. Morgan was a chipmunk in their play. She was one of the ones being helped by a tiger. It was cute. I think it was more entertaining to watch the first graders giggle at each other's plays and think how funny they were. Sometimes they were almost rolling on the floor while watching each other perform. It was great. If you notice Morgan's hair has two buns on top. That is because as we were getting ready for school she asked if I would do her hair like that. I asked why and she said that she was playing a chipmunk in her play and it would make her look like she had chipmunk ears. (How stinkin' creative and thoughtful is that?) She also had made a little chipmunk tail that she taped to the back of her pants after she got to school that I didn't know about. I was laughing, and unfortunately never got a clear picture of it. She did good, and it was a fun afternoon. Thanks first grade!
